Felix Alcala

Felix Alcala is a cybersecurity professional carrying nearly 20 years of experience working as a Penetration Tester and leading red team engagements for several government agencies. Felix has previously supported the Navy (NAVAIR/NAWCAD) working on various platforms from E2C/D, F35 program supporting customers at JSF, and working for NAWCAD 4.0ME under a special access program (SAP) environment. He supported ARCYBER (Army Cyber Command) as one of their leading red team engineers assessing their interconnecting infrastructure and providing support to other programs. Felix also worked for U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) performing penetration testing on over 300,000 assets with daily reports and downsizing a backlog of tests on network systems, web applications and API’s, mobile device managers and mobile applications, and embedded systems. Felix’s accomplishments ultimately led him to a role supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) leading a team of penetration testers under Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) assessing their infrastructure and performing Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). Felix currently serves as a Cybersecurity Professional with Compass IT Compliance.
