Keith Tillier

Keith Tillier is Spyglass MTG’s Director of IT Services, MSP and CSP. In his current role, Keith manages Spyglass MTG’s internal IT needs along with their client Managed Services Program (MSP) and Microsoft licensing for clients through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program. Keith is an IT professional with over 18 years’ experience in managing IT environments and staff for a variety of different industries including Software Development, Technology, Clinical Management, E911 Centers, Call Centers, and Manufacturing. Keith holds a certification in ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC), and is pursuing Microsoft certifications in Azure Administration and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert with a focus on O365 Security and Teams.
